Anyone weigh their goblin "fills"?

For a one shot device, Goblins are pretty tricky to fill.

For a ballpark, if you say you use 12 grams for 30 shots, that's .4 grams which is ~6.2 grains, which would come out on a reloading scale if the whole shell isn't too heavy to start with. It would be nice to know if you got a good fill.

Anyone bother to try weighing?

not a bad idea, really. then it's just a matter of ensuring each valve is equally maintained and fired the same.

At least you could figure out if it was leaking slow or had a bad fill. You would have half the problems, maybe.

this just got me thinking. I have always wondered if they would work properly with a proper hammer behind them VS that push on it till it gives up trigger.

experiment tommorrow!

Remove the spring from the cartridge and you will get better results.

the valves themselves could also use some improvement. polyurethane or viton seals would probably help.

PS Dukie: make it over/under
