Ram x50

I have a nice RAM X50 .43 cal. The problem: it shoots about 1-2 feet low at 20-30 feet.
I was wondering if a Front/rear sight from a real Sig 226 would fit on this pistol. Another option is to file the front site down, but I didn't want to do this.
