utb wiring help
 
ok so i have a utb that i am trying to solder to a ul board to use the buttons from it. i want to be able to solder the wires to the board where the buttons are and just use those instead of the membrane pad that was included. so i need to know where to solder my 3 wires.

I know how to wire the membrane pad. I asked how wire it to the ul board buttons.

UTB is it's own independent board, you don't need to solder another board to it.

Just go to radio shack and pick up some small momentary push buttons, then wire in as if it were like the membrane pad.

I am using a ul frame and only a portion of the board that holds the buttons from the ul board. Because they are already mounted and only have to wire them.

try getting a hold of hawaiianking on here or pbn. looks like he did it on an MQ2 pump he built. here is his thread from pbn Project Up and Running (Merlin MQ2 UL'd Pump)
