10/32 to 5/32 hose fittings

Oko, so my google-fu and MCB-fu searching skills have failed me.

Are there any 10/32 to Microline (5/32 hose) fittings that run around 1000psi? Trying to avoid using a typical straight microline fitting (1/8 NPT thread) because of space issues.

The fitting's I have found are either 1/8 NPT or 100-200PSI rated max, which wouldn't work.

They are very common outside paintball, but I know you can get them at Palmers or ASP. Both have the 5/32 and 4/32 microline sizes.

The ones I saw were all rated at 290psi (WP), which is probobly the highest you are going to find. Thats around the same for typical macroline fittings. Not really co2 friendly.

ASP's microline is rated at 1150 working pressure, and the site doesnt say what the rating of the fitting is, I would be comfortable in saying that they are the same as the line or near it.

Unfortunetly, according to the NORGREN website, they are rated for 260psi WP.

Like I said, this is pretty typical of these types of fittings. Compression fittings are vastly better... but not nearly as convenient.

Yeah, 290 is what I've been finding as well. May just have to get a typical 1/8 NPT fitting and using a bushing to size it down.

thanks for the info so far.
