So I bought a blue ion feedneck in the bst that was listed as an ion feedneck. It looks just like a blue ans warrior feedneck, but the clamping lever is lightly shorter than than the picture on ans's websight. I know angel feednecks have similar threads, but aren't compatible. The problem with this feedneck is the shaft and threads are about a millimeter wider than my stock ion feedneck and thus won't go into the body at all. Anybody have any guesses as to the real threading of this feedneck?

if that is the case then it must be a different year's model perhaps. Mine has that shoulder milled into it and it has the shorter clamp.

any other guesses? Anybody interested in buying it?

ICD threads most likely, since Ion threads are kissing cousins to it.

I was going to state this as well. Everyone confuses ICD threads with Smart Parts threading as far as feednecks go.
