The great mask debate.

I'm done with my 09 e-vents. The last lens I bought was pure garbage. It lasted through one day of play with excessive fogging and intense scratches. I never experienced this with the stock lens. The foam also left a huge dry rash around my eyes where it was rubbing.

My three criteria:
-great, durable thermal lenses
-comfortable foam
-large enough to fit a big face

I can deal with a price tag. It just has to be worth the pretty penny. How well do other masks fit this criteria on a scale of 1 to 10?

Vforce Grills as nice, although they do lack a bit of forehead protection.

I just put a new strap on my Profiler. The old one was toast. I'll probably be getting a new smoke lens for it soon. If only I could get the hot clue to stick to the plastic and keep the foam tacked down. It's not bad at all, just comes off in spots every several months.

All of this over going to the E-Flex for now because I don't NEED a new mask yet.

Pro-Flex with hard ears. The lenses can be bought anywhere, the dual pane actually lasts a long time, and they breath really well.

The only downsides are the slightly more difficult lens removal (once you figure out a system it becomes easy) and the bounciness of the lowers (which may or may not be considered a bad thing).

JT Proflex hands down. Inexpensive, customizable, fog resistant to the point where, dare I say, they are fog proof, comfortable, "bounce ability" and classic good looks.

The profiler fits my fat head perfectly. It's very comfortable and offers more protection than Grillz, even if it doesn't look quite as mean.

Vforce profiler is my vote ad well. Big, comfy great view great lenses and they just came out with thermal lenses. The singles were great so i expect the thermal are spectacular. Added bonus. I got the green and black with gold lenses. Can you say Master Chief
