Whoops, you're right. I had the inlet and outlet flow backwards in my head... So essentially it tries to do the same thing as a "Magic Box", in that it supposedly adds volume- indirectly- to the dump chamber, but given the restriction of having to go through the on/off body... So basically, somebody took a mod that did little or nothing in the first place, and applied it inefficiently so that it wouldn't do anything even if it was supposed to actually do something. In other words, somebody spent a great deal of time fashioning an utterly useless mod. ![]() Doc.

Could not have said it better myself. But on the other hand, it's not the first time someone tries to improve something that is already perfect. Thanks AGD ![]() and thanks to you who solved the mystery of the shining "thingy".

I would leave it on the gun just to mess with people.

I would supect it is a drip pocket to catch the liquid co2 that would otherwise go into the gun. But seeing how it is plumbed would be nice.

Its either set up for duel tanks for extra air... or just to use the 3.5 oz tank as a expansion chamber. But, seeing that the tank is set up for an on off valve it looks like just to get extra air on the gun.
