| Fantasy Hockey Chump | Proto barrel question
I bought a gear lot. In it was a Proto barrel. Looking around it would seem that it's a brand name not necessarily a threading style. The threading is small. I've looked at Doc's Barrel ID....hard to really be sure. Thoughts on the possibilities? Pic can happen if need be.

I believe all the proto barrels were autococker threaded, I thought they were only offered as stock barrels for proto markers. If I recall correctly they are rebranded ultralites and even accept ultralite barrel tips. edit: Could you possibly have just the barrel tip?

There's no way it's a tip unless this tip is 14" long. When I put it into one of my cockers it's as if the threading is too small. The threaded part just slides in and out.

That's odd. As previously stated they were primarily included with Proto markers BUT could be bought separately in only AC threads. Possible you just wound up with a factory defect that made it past QC.
