I'm starting to really hate acronyms and abbreviations. There are just too many of them now to keep track. I get lost even with ones I've known for years.

Between my buisness and the Army.. I think most of our language is in abbriviations.
"Pt. a 30 y/o TCN Male NAD, admitted ICW-1 for post op GSW LLQ ABD. PT to CASF via NTV, NCOIC notified and OICAFTH PAX at JPMRC advised for evac to LSRMC Soonest then pt will returned POO at d/c LSRMC."
I actually wrote that very line into a report the other day.. lol
I will send you a cookie if you can decode it into non-med/mil speak... lol

Doesn't anyone use google anymore? You could have had your answer in 2 seconds instead of 2 minutes.
Google EVERYTHING first.
Free dictionary/wikipedia second. Usually comes up with a Google search though.
