Depending on the OD of the barrel they could be turned down and cocker threaded....it would be cheaper to just buy/trade for Cocker threaded barrels unless you know someone that is a machinest<sp>!

If you have a list of those barrels, I'd be interested in seeing it, I have a few older cocker barrels that could be traded off for the right mag barrels.

Crash: yeah i've been trying to sell or trade them off but with no luck at all, so i thought i could (for the right price) do something useful. i know plenty of machinests they've just never done that sort of thing before so i'd rather trust my barrels to somebody who i know can do it.

msm0711: i have two PMI perfect bore stainless barrels, and a lapco bigshot, i think they're both in my sig. i've had them up on the BST area, but no hits so i thought maybe i could do something useful with them. take a look and let me know what you think.

Sorry but this is not the methiod used to make barrel threads on a lathe. Before answering such questions you should have knolege in how to do the task correctly. Threads on a barrel are made by usually using a single point 60 deg cutter.
