Velcro badge panels

I'm looking for a molle to velcro badge panel to fit perfectly on this hydration pouch

Any suggestions? Thanks

I don't think they make just a velcro only panel in that size. I think you may have to make one yourself or get an admin panel (not pouch). There are a bunch of companies that make the small admin panels.

The admin panel is something that I've looked into. Often time tho they have like a small tool pouch or what have you. And this hydration pack is in the center of my back I would be hard pressed to retrieve anything from there. I looked at tactical Taylor and they have a really small panel. I'm assuming the idea would be to build it to whatever your taste. I'm gonna go home and measure but if I remember correctly I think it's like 4 inches down and 6 inches across or vice versa

It's actually 5" down by 6" wide... Molle/PALS webbing is 1" wide, spaced 1" apart. The stitching on the webbing is 1.5".

Very important info to know if you make your own.

A velcor panel would be very easy to do, especially if you just had PALs webbing on the back and connected it with some of the plastic MOLLE straps. Getting the Velcro in wide pieces can be harder to source.

Try Rockywoods Fabrics for cordura and velcro and maybe even appropriate webbing.

Woohoo!!!! Rockywoods now carries the 4" wide Velcro/loop tape!!!!! I had a hell of a time trying to source it before and put some projects on hold because of that.

And they have 1" webbing that should work out for you too.

Military Pattern Camouflage Fabrics

I wish! My wife won't let me touch the new sewing machine (I think she knows that I assisted in the failure of the old one).

If I ever pick up machine of my own I would def. help you out.
