I don't know how E-mag batteries are put together, but you might try an RC shop. They build battery packs for RC cars and Planes all the time.

pk5 thanks for the referral to Battery's Plus. Got them working on the rebuild now. About a week due to being 2 short of the cells needed. But least I can get my mag back in the game.

Does anyone know where I could find the specs (electrical and mechanical) for this battery?

I asked over on the automag forum, but didn't get a reply.

The specs of the cells are right on them once you cut off the shrink wrap. 14 cell s at 1.2 volts each.

14 cells! Bet they had a hard time matching those. Do you know if they are NiCD or NiMH? Does anyone know if the mechanical dimensions changed at any time?

I saw this thread title and called Emag immediately

I have some interest here as one of my teammates has a nice Emag, but lost his charger. An Emag stuck on mech makes me a sad panda... I guess this custom shop could make or obtain the proper charger?

AGD still sells the chargers as well, I'm not sure of their stock on that part though. If they're out, I may be willing to part with one of my four chargers.

Also KC (the battery guy from AO) has been MIA for about a year now, so it is unlikely to get one of his packs besides secondhand.
