WGP trilogy valve question ....

Does the trilogy use the same valve size as typical 2K+ cockers ?
Or: A specific valve that ONLY fits these guns ?

They are like merlin valves. In fact, Merlin valves might fit. They slip in like a spyder. PPS makes one.

Deffinatly merlin sized. Which is also the same size as spyders/piranahs/clones, newer BE/VL guns, as well as Vikings/excalibers and I think Cyborgs. Of course that's only outside diameter and some might need to be turned down a little bit, and there will be variations in length (though that's not really a problem with cockers), and the blowback valves will have blowback vents to deal with, but it gives you some possiblities. I really want to stick a Merlin/Viking/Excal AKA valve in my trilogy, but I can justify the $70 price tag for one quite yet.

Thanks guys

I have an ANS LPHV cocker valve on it's way. These have aluminum valve bodies with seal held in body, not on stem of poppet.

Going to make a new valve body from 7075-T6 that meets trilogy specs and make a custom valve assembly that should do great with a reg and a re-spring job.
