Chromoly Tanks. Anyone still use them?

I picked up a bunch of old PB stuff form a local guy for some extra ammo I had (back before everyone lost their damn mind and it all became hens teeth) and in one of the duffle bags of stuff were two Chromoly tanks, a 12oz and a 16oz. Both have the DOT E 10776 Stamp on the bottom.

Are these still used? They both have air and the 16oz feels full. Guy I got them from said he hadn't played in 10 years and one of the other CO2 tanks has a re-hydro stamp from '03 so that adds up.

Anway, I was just wondering if these were worth hanging onto.

Are they the kind with the valve that look like a water faucet handle?

If you are going to scrap them sell them to me, I have a non-paintball project I need a couple for.

I use them almost exclusively. Have never had a problem getting them filled. The short fat 16oz is my favorite tank.
