You can also send it to Palmers and have them put wedgits in the barrel. I had a .679 CP back done by them and loved the results.

Yea, but the price between boring the barrel and the inserts means very little savings. and if I damage the inside of that barrel im finished. I'd rather have a kit and single part barrels in different sizes.

Yes, I've had several barrels done. It's around $20-$25 each if I remember correctly. Some threads like Phantoms cannot accept wedgits because their threads, but autocockers certainly can.

Thats a sick price tho, if I didn't already have a good set of barrel sizes I would consider that, or when I get a phantom for sure, as I wouldn't want to buy phantom threaded barrels and don't like converters

As I said in the post above yours, Phantom barrels cannot be wedgit'd because their threads are so close to the end of the barrel.

Wow, that was a dumb comment. I just read your post, and I guess just didn't use my brain at all before I typed.

Sorry, I been working on my Thesis all day, spent 5 hours in a board meeting for the senior psychology students to present thesis concepts and talk to each other about them. After too long of talking to Psychology students about conceptual ideas for a project to get out of school with a degree it gets mind numbing.
