Attaching foam to gun case...?
I have a Flambeau hard case for my new PPS and I'd like to permanently (ish) affix the foam to the inside of he case. What's my best bet for doing so? I've considered hot glue (might melt the foam/case?), 3M spray adhesive (super messy and new really has gripped well for me) and Gorilla Glue (no idea how it'll work with foam). Thoughts?

just use hot glue. it won't burn through the case, or melt the foam. a soldering iron runs hotter than a glue gun. you do want to not bath the foam in the glue, as the glue will harden the foam.
but go with the glue that you are most comfortable with. i'd tape out the foam where it will be and go with the spray adhesive.

your foam is open cell right? Try some hobby grade foam safe CA (superglue). some sort of silicon adhesive will be very gentle on the foam and case and form a flexible bond. However, the dry time is killer.

I use ruber cement. Dry mount it. Layer of cement on case and on foam, let both dry then put it together. It's held up perfect for me and pretty easy to clean up of I want to remoe it

Some spray adhesives will melt certain foams. I used the green foam at Jo Ann fabrics in my gun case. Hot melt glue works fine for that stuff.
