Has a belt with MOLLE so you can attach whatever you want and the harness will help hold it up if it is heavy. You could put the pods on the back, whatever where ever, and the harness can carry your hydration.

Depends on how much you want to spend...but Ebay has a lot. Amazon as well.

Condor makes some cheap ones but they are good enough for paintball.

Then you can get some pretty pricey ones as well...

I would second the Valken Echo Vest. Fully adjustable shoulder straps to hang the pods where you want them.
