chip inside bore of barrel near tip

Hey guys. I was taking my gear apart from weekend from all the mud and crappy weather to wash. i tore my gun apart to clean everything like i do everytime. Now i noticed when i cleaned my barrel. by the tip inside looks to be a little chip. Not rear big. Just wondering if that would effect any accuracy or anything with it being there. Its an older bull cocker barrel. Hope someone can tell me yes or no.

A chip, chip. Like a dent? Sand/file it smooth.

I dunno, you tell us. Is it affecting your accuracy?

If you didn't notice it until you got home, I think you'll be shooting just fine. As was said, sand/file it smooth and call it a day, some black sharpie can cover it up too.

When I was a gunsmith we'd put a "crown" on paintball gun barrels, and it helped the accuracy. A common target crown from the gunsmithing world is a -11 degree cut. You need a nice sharp cutter with a chip breaker, but it does help.
