This is more important than anyone can stress. I had a prophecy once with a broken tab and it was completely worthless. The body would fall apart at a moments notice.

Really? I had one with a totally gone locking tab (on top) and it held together fine. The front can't come off at all when on gun.

But yeah, just don't get a cracked one when you are paying 60+ dollars.

If you do have cracked shells/tabs you can call Empire and they will send you a free replacement.

A rotor. I used mine in 2 seasons on ncpa and another in cfoa. The only Hampshire I ever had was due to an oval paintball. Back out the tension screw about half a turn and clean it when you clean your gun and it will keep on trucking. The batteries last a long time too.

Forgot to mention that rotors are best on batteries as mentioned above. Prophecies and Z2's are very good though, way way way better than the old halos were.

I think I am going to get a Halo Too. I really would like the niceties of the Z2 but I am getting a good deal on a new one, and I will really only be using it on my Tribal occasionally ($170/case paint doesn't really lend itself to high rates of fire).

Thanks everyone!
