Sniper springing?

I was wondering if I could just buy some CCM springs, and put them in my WGP 2K sniper? It would be cheaper than buying the whole lower tube set. I just didn't know if the hammer would hit the valve hard enough to shoot if I did this.

Works fine. Farting is eliminated but efficiency suffers a bit. Pump stroke is great.

When I tried that same thing, the valve spring would not fit onto the valve stem seal thing (?). Spring diameter was too small.

Your WGP may be different. But mine would not work.

Can't go wrong with this Maddman Spring Kits

go to bottom. 11 dollars, all the springs you will really ever need.

CCM springs are softer than Maddman springs which is always nice. the valve spring should fit over the cup seal, just stretch the end over it slightly.

i run CCM springs with stock WGP and Check it valves without any issues reaching field velocity. i personally run mine at 225-275psi, shots feel smoother using a higher volume of air at a lower pressure. the springs do not always eliminate the farting.

I placed one in my 05 prostock pump and for the few that put there hands on it say its VERY smooth and quieter than most pumps
