stinger makes hard plastic ones that should last as long as you dont over-tighten the screws.

That said i MUCH prefer the stock grips, even if they wear over time.

I don't wear gloves so I can't stand using plexiglas grips, even of they have naked ladies on them. I would also recommend those funny Hybrid/Contract Killer/I Dress Like a 13 year old grips with tattoo graphics, plaids and cursive writing. While they look like you smeared your grip frame with dog turds, they're better than hard plastic.

The grips that came on the original Geo are way too soft. Sure they feel great when they are new but after 5 days of play they already look horrible. Another 10 days of play and they are falling apart. I think Eclipse made them out of soft rubber so people would have to keep coming back to buy more of their grips. Those style grips came out in 2007 and they are still $25 today, so they must be selling a lot of them. I just hope the rubber that's covering the new Ego LV is better quality.

I think your best option is to find someone to make you some grips for the thing. Otherwise you'll just keep spending $25 on grips every few months. Or just sell the Geo like I did. If you like the way it shoots look into a Drone DX. Same design with a few advantages over the Geo.

If you plan on keeping it and using it for a long time I think it's worth finding someone to make ya some custom grips. Better to pay $35 one time than $25 three times. Maybe try Luke the automag guy. Didn't he make some grips?

Don't use so many .... when you type dude.

I'd get stinger grips and wrap them in hockey tape so they have some grip, and then wear gloves when I play.

Mostly commas can replace ... and ..
