That is a factory mini body, they have their own serial number series that started over. Yours was made in the mid to late 90s. I forget what year the Minicocker (and Sniper III) came out...

I thought the slanted sight rails came in 98-99? The 97 Minicocker body might have had them, but I'm willing to bet it's a 98-99.

They restarted the serial numbers for Minicocker bodies, that's why it's so low. Oddly enough I have one that is 99 specs but with a 1XX,XXX serial number which is definitely a 2k+ serial number.
