The front cap is threaded. They can be quite stuck sometimes and are especially hard to take apart if there is no slot cut in it for a screwdriver. You can make a little puller out of a screw and a nut.

First take the adjustment screw completely out. You will need a bolt, washer and a nut. Someone correct me if I am wrong but I think that thread is 1/4-28. You take a 1/4-28 bolt with a washer and nut on it. Thread the bolt in, then tighten down the washer and nut until it is nice and snug. This should allow you to unthread the front cap to access the insides.

Okay so its just the front that unscrews? Perfect! Just gotta make a puller at work. I might just take the whole thing to work.

Yes, you should be able to see the seam but it is just a threaded cap.

Okay cool. I thought that's how it came apart. I just didn't want to jack anything up.

Got it apart no problem. I'm pretty sure its the piston o-ring it was solid as a rock and shredded when I pulled it out. Now I just need to see if I have an o-ring to fit it.

Here's a trick I learned on Rocks: If someone overpressurizes their cocking system the Rock will leak out of the center of its piston, and if it happens often they seem to start to leak out of there a lot.

Degas the gun, pull the Rock off, push the regulator's piston out from the rear, and take out the screw that's in the center of the regulators piston. Under that is a piece of urethane. Flip it over so the fresh side faces the seat. Reassemble.

Usually I'd replace the regulator's piston o-ring while I was in there.

Hmmm okay if I start having problems with that I'll remember to do that. I've got a new o-ring on the piston and it works perfectly now.
