Air America Vigilante issues

I picked up a Vigilante HPR in a parts lot and I am try to get it working again so I can resell it.

It leaks from the top from what looks like a burst disk. It was leaking badly, but I tightened it a bit and it seems to have slowed the leak down. That could also be that I am running out of air.

It was leaking where the body separates, but I changed out that oring and it seems to be holding air there.

It also was creeping, but oiling the piston seems to have fixed that also.

Finally, what is it worth in working shape? And leaking?

Thanks

Oh, I have two springs for it. I assume that one is a higher pressure and one is a lower pressure?

yup.

replace the reg seat, you can use one from a automag. i can't remember if its flippable, but check the profile and see if there is a wider/chamfer end, and put that to the reg to seat it.

value is $25-35 working...

It looks like both sides are equally dimpled.

Do not use a mag seat unless you use a mag reg pin also. If you mix either the seat or pin between AA and AGD, you must match them. If you do not, you will get inconsistent output and maybe even creeping. One the body halves, make sure you tighten it up to the point that when you hold it up to the light, you cannot see light between them. AA seats should be replaced every time you open the body halves up. The seat is crushed into place on AA secondary regs. If you switch to AGD seat and reg pin, it isnt a problem. For best performance, use the AA seat and reg pin.

that may be true, but do you know anywhere where you can get the reg seat for a Vigilante? they are hard to come by.
