Cool Help with Spanky "Monkey"

Hello there "Experts",

Pre 2k Spanky Monkey - Imgur

This autococker is currently in my possession. I love it and regardless of all else I'm going to keep it and build into something amazing.

A few questions.

-I would like to know as extensively as possible the history of Spanky.
-This is a shot in the dark, does anyone know the threading for the feedneck?
-As this is serial number 0001, what kind of value could I expect?
-Are there pictures of a "Monkey" in an all stock configuration.

Also I would like the general consensus on what would be the highest quality parts available to build with. Mostly LPR, internals, feedneck and back block/bolt. Price will not be taken into consideration. I'm already thinking a 2 liter is the best hpr available.

Waiting to get into the Illuminati that is customcockers.com...

Thank you!

Lol as a member of the illuminati that is CC. Welcome to the world of cookers!

First off what makes you say this is a spanky monkey? To my knowledge, no such thing exists. Spanky made fish bone cockers. Your Gun looks like a fire ball mtn teardrop or there was another brand with somewhat similar milling. That's some really nice anno though! You got ans pneumatics which are pretty good to begin with.

The (almost) complete (getting there) list (well its long) of cockers

The marker exists, that's not the dispute. FBM bought Spanky designs after they stopped producing markers. Thanks anyways.

Bummer about the back block and feedneck. I'd go with a chrome P&P back block. Not sure how to match the feedneck. Guessing it was either matched ano or chrome but probably nothing special. I'd look for a chrome one as well. And of course a chrome slider.

Pneus are a little more difficult in actual chrome. Most "chrome" people sell is just nickel. 3-way in actual chrome, belsales or bomb. RAM, not sure. I've had a few in chrome but they're never anything special. The ANS Minis actually aren't that bad. Decent chrome LPRs are a pain. I think ANS, Shocktech or Kapp were the most common. Could do nickel too. Just bothers me when nickel and chrome are next to each other but I'm a but picky.

Believe that it would bother me as well.

Well thank you very much! Admittedly those links were surprisingly easy to find but thank you nonetheless.

Anyone wanna take a shot at value?
