You can get BOS to make you a custom pump handle. I've done this 4 times already.

CCI section would be better for this question I think, but I do like some of the under cocking kits that are floating around. That way you could get a DW CF freaked barrel.
Umm maybe a 12gram drop out stock? Maybe a neat anno job done?
How about a girls toy custom made to be your "cocking" handle... that would be unique.... just keep it away from Mar.

The first upgrade I would suggest is a Rainman UC kit. They make the stock pump stroke feel so much better. I know you already have a kit, but if it is as stiff and sticky as the stock pump stroke, you are missing out. I'm sure there are ways to do this with springs, but I chose an under cocking kit and absolutely fell in love with it.

Pick up a clearance C-Series muzzlebreak off ANS for $5 (including shipping) and sent it and your barrel to Staunchy. He's got some pics on Facebook of Phantoms he threaded for those, and they look pretty damn badass. $5 for the break, he quoted me $20 plus return shipping for the threading. Cheap way to make your gun stand out a bit without being TOO over the top.
