New to semi

Hey, I've been playing pump since........ forever and I'm kinda out of the semi scene. I'm looking into a mechanical because paint is money that I don't have haha. I'm looking for something very low maintaininance, shoots when I pull the trigger, and is accurate. I know I'm pretty much asking for the perfect gun but yeah haha

Used Classic Automag. Far Better built than ANY GOG product ever. Classic Mags are like the Brass of the Semi auto world lol.

my enemy has yet to have an issue.

no orings, no leaks, nothin!

my mags gushed air like it was a small leaf blower....

What kind of gas do you want to use? CO2 usage and light weight are in the enmy's favor.

Mags have a 20 year track record.

How are you with regulators? I've known people that wouldn't care about the difference between batteries and regulators. What kind of pumps have you been using?

GOG Enemy hands down is the right choice. A classic mag cannot even compare. A ULE body is $100+ alone, you can grab enemys cheaper than that.

Personal preference. If you want stupid easy reliability but aren't too concerned about accuracy then the Pro-lite to A5 Tippmann line is a decent choice. Mags are good performers but a little more complicated. I haven't held an eNMEy myself but they've gotten good reviews on here and have the benefit of being in current production so parts availability should not be an issue for some time.

And of course if you hold any of these and they just don't feel right then they aren't for you. With used gear you have the advantage of being able to re-sell for about the same price you paid for it vs. new gear that takes a big hit when you open it.

Having owned classic mags, a micromag, and for a short time now an enemy, I would say go with the enemy. Inexpensive, antichop bolt, lifetime warranty, works well with co2 and hpa. Better trigger pull than a classic mag and super lightweight. Oh and easier to get barrels for.

mags are really nice, but to get close to the features of a enemy you're going to have to spend almost twice the money and it never will truly like to run on co2.

What's your price range?
