Optimum poppet question.

Im designing a two piece poppet valve but I want to know what is the optimum spring pressure for performance and consistency.

You're question can't be answered.
Factors at play are: type of marker, volume, bolt design, input pressure, etc.

Ahhh I figured. Well to be more specific. Stack tube fasor input presure of 185 psi. Bolt design is still in the works but im thinking a two piece bolt made of either nylatron or carbon fiber with the choice of tri-orings or no rings. The idea is to balance the valve.

Unless I'm mistaken that's going to depend on what your surface area for the poppit is. You'll also need the length and compression coefficient of the springs if your want to work out the numbers on it.

Designing as in the valve itself or just the bolt? Are you talking valve or return spring?

Well Here is the whole story. Next month im starting production of a mid end electro. The valve is going to be a fully balanced poppet valve. The valve is where im having trouble as I
want to make it as efficient as possible. Doing so will mean to have two springs one in the valve and one outside the valve. Now that i think about it the outside spring needs to be a tad stronger to keep the cup seal sealed against the valve body. So my question is what is the perfect spring pressure for efficiency in lets say a standard spyder valve?

That's something you're going to have to experiment with. Being a fasor you need to figure out the dwell on the ram, the psi the ram operates at, and make sure that the valve spring can close the valve quickly.
