Nitro Duck reg rebuild?

I have an older Nitro Duck screw-in 800psi fixed output tank reg. I don't have a picture of it as my digicam has somehow decided it hates its memory card. It's green if that helps, and the threaded part is smaller diameter than a normal tank reg.

It chokes pretty hard when asked to deliver anything over 2bps on whatever I have it attached to. I'm not sure if I should attempt to get it apart, or send it to the factory. The only thing I see that looks like it'll come off is a roll pin that goes thru the body. Does anybody have any experience with these? I don't want to screw it up.

Send it back to Nitro Duck. It is not worth the risk when playing with HP air.

They aren't meant to be user serviceable. Nitro Duck may not even service it, they may just try and sell you a new one. IIRC those regs are locktited or other type of thread locked together........................

Well if you are uncomfortable doing it, then by all means dont. But if someone is mildly mechanicly inclined, and has some sense of what they are doing, HP air is NOT as dangerous as many would lead you to believe. If you use common sense and a little forethought its fine.

Ok when I get back home I'll look at it some more. I'll probably just send it in.
