rx Sport glasses (goggles) and maskes...

This year I would love to hit up more big games but I always had an issue, my contacts. I try to keep my hands clean to remove and put my contacts in which then I require a hotel for big games. I had a thought that maybe I could get a pair of sport glasses to wear under my mask so I can save cash from not getting a $300 hotel room.
So this brings me to my question... Does anyone wear sport glasses under the mask and has the fogging affected you?

Was thinking about something along these lines...

You might as well skip the sport glasses and just go with a regular pair of glasses.

With the Axis Pro mask I use I can fairly comfortably wear my everyday glasses with no fogging issues, and it can get pretty hot and sticky here.

If you are fairly not blind, like me, you can also just not wear the glasses at all.

Another alternative is those fancy contacts you can sleep in. Thus you don't need to remove them and dirty hands are less of a problem.

I just wear my regular glasses with my Proto Switch FS. No fogging issues at all, I need my glasses though. Like what was said above, if you don't need them don't bother

Grab a pair or two of cheap glasses and just keep them in your bag. www.eyebuydirect.com and www.goggles4u.com are both companies I've used. Takes about 3-4 weeks to get the glasses, but for less than $10 shipped, its hard to beat.

As for me, I stick to contacts for paintball. Havent had an issue with dirty hands.

Oh i need glasses or I will shoot anything that moves... including that standing tree... :P

Reason why I dont want regular glasses is that they bug the piss out of me and always slide down my nose even if they are fitted proper. I guess I have a funny shaped dome. Besides all of the running, diving, and random dumb crap that I do some times while playing I was worried about them moving like ive had in the past while playing.

Yeah well I some how manage getting in to poison ivy every time I play. Sadly I know what it looks like but while trying to be a stealthy ninja and get behind the other team it is hard to avoid.

Look into facemask glasses. They are ugly but are made to fit under firefighting SCBA masks

second on the long use contacts. ive worn the 30 day ones for MUCH longer than 30 days without taking them out. should do great for a weekend of sweat and grime. make sure to keep re wetting drops handy to flush debris that may show up.
