Identify this Sheridan?

Strange looking pump, and the quick strip slot on the right? MacMurray?

What is the post on the bottom?

the QS on the right ressembles a MacMurray but the finish screams PPS...(it is silver? correct?) so it could be a old MacM. that found its way to PPS at a later date.

as far as the base gun goes... looks like a pmi-1 df maybe. it's hard to tell with the pump on there. is the bottom tube threaded on the end under the pump?

as far as the pump goes... that's a sheridan pump off a p68sc.

According to the seller; "It's missing the Co2 cap", so I assume it's a 12-gram gun.

From the picture, the finish looks more like a matte type, reminding me of Mad Customs, or Sam Tussing. All that's there is the pump, pump arm, bolt, valve, and the body.

Again, it's hard to tell with the pump covering the front of the lower tube, but that barrel looks pretty long for a PMI-1 DF. I'd be tempted to call it a P-12 from that pic.

i think the same looking at it again.

who knows. it could have been to several different places in its past.

that stud just looks like a screw that holds the front of the grip frame. it's in the correct place for it to be that.

Realized that after I posed the question...

Definitely not a Mac1....

It's a 12-gram setup, and a hole has been drilled for a dummy.

It is nickel plated, and the direct feed looks like an aftermarket. The soldering was well done. There are a few scratches that look like they were pre-plating, but all-in-all it's in nice shape. The barrel is very nicely polished.

I would almost suspect a PMI-1 that has either had the SC tube removed, or someone replaced the original DF.

That gun from our friend needs a 45 frame and an island style bucket changer, it will be one hot old school tourney gun.
