33 degrees occluded sight

Will it fit on a picatinny rail? Also what is the length of the attachment portion? How visable is the dot?

They fit dovetail rails, not weaver. The dot is visible in outdoor conditions, but can be faint indoors. They're just ok.

I've owned 2 Armson OEGs, a DYE iZon, and a 32 Degrees Magnum.
I would say that the 32 Degrees sight is inferior to the Armson, but far superior to the DYE (which it was copied from).

The dot is orange and is quite visible in normal outdoor conditions, and I never had a problem seeing it during indoor paintball as well.

The mounting rail is the worst part; it's very shallow and very narrow. The sight clamps on just fine to my Superbolt pump but will not fit onto my Phantom's sight rail.

Fortunately, esperto discovered that you can remove the stock mounting rail and the sight should fit in a lot of standard 1" scope rings: Armson Red Dot

You're not stuck with the crappy dovetail mount it came with and you can use either weaver or dovetail rings.

Since everyone loves pictures, I went ahead and took some to demonstrate.

The sight fresh out of the packaging:

Nifty! I think I'm going to like these.

Now I feel validated. A post I made 4 years ago turned out to still be useful to somebody. I can die happy now ...that or become a professional hand model.
