quick disconnect size

Man I feel like I should know this but can someone confirm what size and shape HPA tank quick disconnects are. I am looking for the industrial name not the paintball name I got an idea and these little buggers would be helpful but I am not sure what to order.

It would help if you were more specific. Are you talking about the threaded end or the male end. The male end is called a plug and typically you can search for them as high-flow hose couplings. The threaded end should be 1/8 NPT. Of course you could just check out McMaster-Carr...

Not sure of the nipple side but the threads are 1/8 npt. Might be able to find them by doing a search for 1/8" npt quick disconnect.

Yes I am talking about the male end. I was looking thru MMC and nothing looked just right. Maybe I'll just order some that meet the requirements and see if they fit.

well, if a paintball male qd would work, why not just get one?

I may end up doing that but I like to know the real industrial names of things. That way I can cross reference them with other retailers so I have options when I want to buy.
