Take the feed (power or straight) off. Epoxy on a tac rail from an Empire Traccer. Then you can use either the Traccer spring feed, BT Rip-Clip, or a regular hopper with a BT feed neck.

That sounds like a great idea. Do you know how to buy a the tac rail? I have seen the Trracer spring feed for sale.

edit: Just found it at JTpaintballparts.com.

I was looking into building one for myself, then happened across one on here. I still haven't put it all together in pistol form yet, but I will get to it eventually. That one is a Minimag body with a 10 round springfeed welded onto the body. It might help for some inspiration.

@ Ganonsgrin: It would be really cool if they just offered this as a premade body type for the micro and mini mag. It seems easy enough to manufacture, and I suspect there is a market for a quick automag-pistol conversion.

I will have to get some when I have a little more free time. We are prepping for a baby arrival so paintball is on the back burner for a while. I will try to get a full pic soon enough though.

And yes Jelly, I wish this was a factory option as well. Or like you said, make a quick conversion kit for the micro maybe. It seems easy enough to make a springfeed with the same side plate as the regular screw on elbow. I guess they never thought of a mag as a springfeed platform other than with the sydarm.

Pics of the two I did.

Standard mag body, knocked off the powerfeed and JBwelded a PT extreme mag on?

T 68 fire storm 20rnd spring feed. Hacked it up a bit and it slid right over the rails on a Tac one...

I've got a springfed automag pistol. It uses a mag from a zeus pistol. Feedneck was taken right off and the zeus mag was epoxied on. very clean job and it works well. I'll post a pic when I have time
