Havoc Barrels

For those of you who have launchers what have you found to be the ideal barrel length? I remember seeing a 24 inch option on here and I still see the 4 inch extensions listed online. I think it is time to add one to the gear box and would appreciate any input you are willing to give.

Thanks in advance for your help

I have one. But I've only used the stock barrel.

I run it short, barrel tip and one extension. Works fine and you can easily cram rockets all the way down from the front. Saves weight/bulk.

My buddy has a homemade launcher on his tank with a 30" inch barrel. He swears by longer barrels.

I prefer a medium length barrel which is the stock barrel plus one extension maybe two at most. However IF I ever play Fulda again then I will run a long barrel because they have a minimum length the launcher must be which is 36" or about. If they are anything less they can not kill tanks and only can take out bunkers. If the game rules specify no length then by all means go as short as you want which could be the standard 8" barrel that you see. Weekendballer was selling the 24" barrels which I finally got one and they will be a nice add on to my havoc launcher.

Thanks for the info. I seem to recall there being a problem with velocity being too high with the 24" extensions. I think I will look for a single extension and go from there.
