dim on freak or sceptre backs/inserts

The title says it all, but I'll repeat it. I need the dimensions for freak inserts and sceptre inserts and or backs from someone who has some nice calipers and knows how to use them.

I've got a sterling barrel to modify.

Freak inserts are .750" x 5.500" IIRC
