If you just want a pump, to play pump, then it is much easier then you think.

Remove the bolt rod that connects the bolt and hammer.
Make a makeshift pump out of a piece of 1.5" hose coupling. (fits over the barrel perfectly).
Cut a small slot into the side of the receiver, so you can access the bolt.
Connect the pump to the bolt using a piece of brass rod (or maybe even reuse the bolt rod, but in reverse).

This would be a pump, though the hammer would still "blowback". If you wanted a pump with a "cocking" hammer, then you leave the bolt rod in the gun, as well as the new rod.
However, cut the rear portion of the bolt rod, so that it can push the hammer back, but not pull it forward.

Then plug the blowback hole. I think that means to remove the valve stem, and place a washer? or oring? around the valve stem, so that it blocks the blowback airflow through the valve gun, and only through the powertube.
