Cocker velocity issue

I got my son's Reflex back from a rebuild and now we're having velocity issues. Even with the regular maxed and the IVG maxed in it won't shoot over 205. I'm guessing it needs to be resprung but wanted to make sure I'm not missing something stupid. I know nothing about cockers that don't have a pump on them so I'm turning to you guys.

That was my first thought. If your over the sweet spot then your velocity will drop as you increase pressure.

Well since it's maxed in that seems pretty likely.

Most likely need to re-sweet-spot the HPR. If that doesn't work, try a slightly stiffer main spring (you'll probably have to turn up the LPR to equalize the extra spring pressure).

Center your ivg. Turn the reg all the way down . chrono, then turn the reg up, then chrono again. Rinse and repeat. At first, the fps should increase. At some point the fps will start to drop. Your max fps is the sweet spot. At that point adjust fps with the ivg or respring.
