cocker valve question

hey guys ive been wondering this for a while so i figured it seek out some knowledgeable help. i have a set of internals in my sniper that i bought off of ebay for probably about $15. now im wondering if it makes a difference that i bought the cheap noname $15 internals as opposed to spending the money on something "nicer" like ccm or palmers. thanks for the help.

One of the benefits of buying a Palmer's LT valve is that you can get replacement seals with a phone call as opposed to hunting down what could be a proprietary seal.

Also, they let you know what pressure it runs best at.

But, if it ain't broke, no need to fix it. Until you get bored and the mod bug bites you.

Palmer has this valve for direct co2.

If you sweet spot the reg and valve as per the usual autococker/sniper doctrine and it ends up running at a pressure you like then there's no need to sweat it. At some point in the distant future it may come back to haunt you as secretweaponvan suggests when it's time for a new seal but in the meantime there's a lot of good playing to be had.
