Can they throw widgets on any barrel? Im really not a fan of Brass barrels....IDK I just really like the Pointy-ness of a Carbon fiber barrel and brass just seems to front heavy when ive used one. I was wondering if I were to pickup a deadlywinds null if I could get palmers to widget the alumium lower base of the barrel. I belive the lower portion is completly Aluminum and the carbonfiber is not glued in until after the threads. I was under the impression that the widgets were on the extension of the barrel that is just behind the threads. Right were the ball would first enter the barrel.  Has anybody asked about this or had it done?

I'd check the barrel, the stiffi barrels I have seen have carbon all the way back. I haven't seen a deadlywind but it would make sense from a mechanical standpoint to run the carbon all the way through in which case Palmer's would not be able to stamp widgets into it.

Only ones the can't do, are Phantom barrels.My CCM CF all were AL in the insert. Dave, when are we going to play pump again?

I was kinda out of pump towrds the end of last year because I wasnt happy with any of the guns I was running....the only one I really liked was the sniper I built for my buddy LOL. But now the sterlings and the phantom are gone and Im waiting on the Illusion...once I take the time to get that flatline pump working Ill be a happy pumper lol. Also I was really focused on the team. Were going to hit it even harder this year but Ill figure out time to sneak pump in.

Lots of us from here have been getting together at the field in Woburn (closer for you) almost twice a month. The ownwer is well known, and allows us to keep our games private. We'll be there again the 16th. Hope you can make it.
