phantom threaded ccm carbon fibre barrels - fuzzy swabbable?

so just yesterday i picked up one of these barrels from a local person right before i was about to play, first i would like to say that they are VERY nice, accurate as hell, and good looking, and not that i have ever broke a ball with my phantom (luckily) at the end of the day there was residue inside the barrel.

my questions are does this barrel have the necassary internal coatings allowing it to be swabbed with a fuzzy stick type swab? and if not, what is the best way to clean out all the residue at the end of the day? just plain old water?

thanks for any help

Warm water and a rubber squeegee. I'm pretty sure it's recommended that you do not use a fuzzy type swab.

The DW one has a special coating that allows you to use any swab.
