Doesn't really associate to overshooting per-se.

I take it that a muppet is a term for a new, inexperienced, or just really unlucky person and that a mupper mower is either a person who mows them down or the marker with witch said mowing is being done with. As for the right tool for the job,  I seem to be properly equipped. |
