Fix a KP Trigger Sear

Well, I got a KP and the only thing wrong with it at the moment is that the lip that the hammer catches on is worn down to the point that getting it to cock with the saftey on is hit or miss. I can usually get it to cock with the saftey on, and it will still fire that way. The trigger pull is zilch, and pressure and it goes off.

Is there any way I can fix the one I have? Or should I just have Palmer's fix that when I get the money? Can Palmer's do anything about it? If not, is there any cheap way to get a new one?

I would greatly appreciate any help, thank you.

Heres a site that sells new kp triggers, they're also not that expensive.

You can file the sear flat again.

That website... has anyone used it yet?
The date is wrong for when the products were added.

I order from him often. He is a very nice guy and easy to work with. His shipping costs are high and he isn't very knowledgeable about paintball guns, but if you email him a picture of a part he will tell you if he has it and what the part number is. Most fit the part numbers from my old exploded views, but some are different.

His stock isn't always updated either, but he refunds your money without an issue if something isn't in.

There is also Mac1 like Palmers you need to call as they have too much stock to list.

Like it was said above, just take a file to it. I had to do mine to make a hammer work a few years ago, and it turned out fine.
