Typhoon velocity issue

Recently picked up a 'Phoon for a good deal and only issue I'm having is with the velocity. It is low (230) and all over the place (+/-30).

Gringo... as a vet of this place, you shoulda known what you were gonna get with such an open-ended, detail-less call for assistance.

Smack it a few times against a workbench. That ought to fix it.

Okay, that helps. That was a nice deal... 'tis the season afterall.

First, go to the Palmers website and print out the manual for your gun. There you will find the carefully written PPS instructions for adjusting your gun's velocity and, more importantly, the instructions for tuning your Stabilizer to your gun, etc..

If your gun is operating perfectly and just shoots low, you probably simply need to adjust the Stab and/or replace the velocity spring. Chances are, that is why you got such a nice deal. Maybe the previous owner did not have enough love in his/her heart for this gun to go to the trouble of learning how to help it help him.

Good luck,
D.
