Psycho Ballistics AFS kit

I had picked up a AFS (Automated Firing System) kit that was made by Psycho Ballistics. It is a neat little contraption. I have the one made for a Prolite and 68 carbine. It is a box that you attach to the gun and it fires automatically when you press a button. The ROF can be adjusted.

I tried finding some more info on it but my google skills arent as good as some. I just want some more info before I sell it.

Also, what kind of price should I ask for it? I have the entire kit. The box, VHS tape, and replacement trigger.

I will have pics when I get home tonight.

Also, I noticed Vintage Rex didnt have anything on it so maybe we could add it.

Ahh the old black box. Those came out right before the RT kits and E-bolts. I had always wanted one for my 98.

I think the going rate is anywhere from $50-70 if you can find a buyer.

I don't know how much it's worth, but I'm interested in it if you decide to sell it.

They were not on the market very long.

My guess is that the BATF saw them, and quietly, but firmly told the manafacturer to take them off the market.

Note: I thought Tippmann made them? Does the box say Psycho Ballistics? Interesting

Almost everything that Tippmann made PB started making. The Rt kits, the e-bolts even the goofy Rocket cock. Tippmann had some type of relationship with them.

Actually, vice-versa. Psychoballistics came out with the first E-Bolt kit, then Tippmann purchased the rights to produce said kit under their name. Back before they sucked, Psychoballistics had some pretty awesome and clever stuff.
