| Village Idiot | I've got a F4 GS, LOVE IT, I tried other guns and this is back to my primary mech (got rid of my mag) and they work fine on CO2. The only real difference I know of other than the anno on the GS is the number of the factory upgrades that it came stock with. Parts are pretty hard to find, every few weeks you will see a gun or part on ebay. They seem to be going for anyware from $25 to $75 depending. If you are going to run the gun I suggest keeping your eyes out for a Venturi bolt, HVC and expansion chamber. Post when you have the pics and a better idea of what is going on with it. |

Parts are hard to come by, but you might find some here on MCB or on eBay. As for your friend: if he wants to pay you that much, it's your lucky day. I bought mine new in box on eBay for $25. |

| Village Idiot | They are indead a blowback and do have a ball detent there should be a oval shaped panel held in my two screws (left side of the body I believe) under that panel should be an automag style wire detent If you can get me specific questions I can probably help you out I still have the manuals around here some place and I have rebuilt mine once or twice. Speaking of manuals http://www.cet.com/~sbryant/manuals/ACI/f4manual.pdf Last edited by greenmtnphantom; 03-04-2008 at 07:14 AM.. Reason: found manual online |

| MCB Member Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: Texas | Do not pay $100 for an F4, especially one that needs a lot of work done. To be honest, it is not my favorite marker. It is incredibly loud and kicks like a mule. I tried using an inline regulator to control velocity, and my F4 was not cooperative. It needs high-energy from CO2 or 800psi or higher from HPA. Lower PSI from HPA, and it won't re-cock. On the other hand, it is really light and has a nice looking blue flame anno. |
