Customer service from Powerlyte?

I purchased an 07 Powerlyte Sceptre 7 Bore Barrel kit on e-bay for about $110 shipped. I ordered a matte black 14 inch tip and I recieved a 12 inch gloss black tip. I have tried calling them and e-mailing them but I havent heard from them in 3 weeks. I sent the payment to sales@pbloverz.com on paypal and he said he was an authorized dealer. I had a set in 04 and it wasn't too bad and the set I have now is almost as light as a stiffi. But I didn't get what I ordered and now I am being ignored. Has anyone else dealt with powerlyte and had these problems? I am getting really tired of doing business over the internet because I seem to get boned whether I am buying new or used equipment lately. The only luck I seem to have is from dealing with people on MCB directly of from people I have known for years on PBN.

Well, first I would say your issue is with the ebayer reseller. Was it powerlyte who was ignoring your calls? It seems like he has tremendously good feedback for someone with that many sales, and very few issues. Some of the ones I did see were ones that said "Never received your emails, so how could we fix the problem). I would go to their website at
Welcome to pbloverz.com (Powered by CubeCart), and use their contact form. You can also likely get an email through using what is called a a catch-all email address, if they have one set up, just try luis@pblovers.com, and see what happens, or help@, or teams@, or support@, things like that. I would go with a carpet bomb approach to get him talking about resolving your issue.

Other options include:

Pbnation PM to user here (Luis, the guy you are dealing with):
PbNation

AO PM to user (same guy)
Automags.Org Online Forums - View Profile: LuisV

From the looks of this guys internet presence, I'm suprised you are having a problem resolving it, maybe his spam filter is clipping your emails?

Did you try this number? (From the AKALMP website of dealers)

NY Yonkers PB Loverz 914-274-0561 sales@pbloverz.com

You can always do a chargeback on paypal, and that would get his attention real quick I would think,

Hope any of the above helps!

and as a sidenote, I have been screwed left and sideways over on PBN, never on ebay so far.

Jake

I ordered directly form Powerlyte a few years ago and they sent one thing wrong. The re-sent the part, and added a jersey for the trouble. Your deal seems to be with a reseller not Powerlyte themselves, BUT you could drop Powerlyte a email and tell them your situation, maybe they can help you out................

I've had great experiences with Powelyte directly. Probably the ebay seller that you're having problems with.

ugh, i had a mediocre experience with powerlyte, i ordered a cocker set right before news of a shortage of cocker backs was known to me, so basically i had to wait a month and a half to get my set, and once i received it, it was missing the 689 bore, so i emailed them again with my problem and they sent the missing bore. so i guess i can say their CS is good, but the waiting really pissed me off, i had a pump tourney about a month after i initially put in the order, and had a massive amount of rollouts because i only had a UL with me
also the ebay seller barely responded to my emails, and didn't even have the decency to tell me they were on back order, i would have left bad FB, but i was just happy to finally get my barrel

I got a response today, and they said they would take care of me. Awesome.

When I got home last night, my ever elusive 14 inch tip was in my mailbox . Simply awesome. apparently the seller on e-bay has no direct ties with the company as he is just basically a store. I love the design of this barrel. I will be ordering 2 more kits soon.
