| . Join Date: May 2006 | I was doing some cleaning this past week and I found something that I totally forgot I still had - a gutted Pirahna short barrel body and trigger assemble/frame. Is it possible to convert a sheridan short barrel body to take 12 grams like a pgp? Smiley |

| Hawaiian-shirted hooligan | Yup...you will need something like this...is a bit of shameless self promotion http://www.mad-customs.com/nutendsolderin.jpg http://www.mad-customs.com/solderinadp.jpg The price on that second photo is NO longer valid... Matt MadCustoms

An external hardline could then connect the top chamber with the peircing pin to the side body connection. OK, OK, I'll get onto that after a couple of other projects....

Ahh yes you can... The pic I posted is a replacement valve chamber....no one said it would be easy but yes it can be done and has been done.. Now dont get me wrong the front lower tube threads are a b-itch to get in but it will work... Now I really do not recommend it unles you absolutely have to...the one I did was badly buggered up and it was either give it a try or scrap the gun or scrap the gun trying.. Matt MadCustoms

| MCB Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: NC | let me clarify my first post... when i said it won't work, i meant that about it being a drop in part that requires no modifications. i assumed the OP was looking for a drop in application. sure, it can be made to work but it'll take major mods. |
