| MCB Member Join Date: Feb 2008 | Question: Re: Virtue Board Re-flashing With the new change in PSP's max rate of fire, I am looking into getting the Virtue board I put in my PMR re-flashed. I bought the board only about a month ago, so this is all foreign territory to me. Has anyone ever done this before? Does anyone have any insight as to how this works, how long it takes, and if Virtue will provide instructions for the new programming? Any insight that anyone can provide would be great, because all of this is new to me! Thanks! Note: I have already checked Virtue Paintball, LLC - Advanced Electronic Paintball Upgrades - Home and read about the "redefined" software, and that users can begin shiping their boards in beginning in April. I am just looking to see if anyone has any more information about the upgrade process in general, as I am unfamiliar with Virtue and their "free software upgrades" garauntee. Thanks! The Virtue "Redefined" software is Virtue's first update in many years. Their first since changing their name from AdvantagePB I believe. If you feel the new software is something you really want, just follow the directions on their homepage to send it in or attend a national event and have them flash it there.

Also, thank you for not giving me an answer that made me feel like an idiot. I posted this same question on matrixowner.com and received a response that was not nearly as informative or kind. Thanks again! Last edited by iq666; 03-27-2008 at 12:18 PM.. Reason: spelling | |
