^^^ You quite literally asked the exact same thing I did. A.C. is getting pics of his Hawken barrel (I think...) which should be similar to peeing on your Minimag.

I know, I just wanted to bump the thread so no one forgot

If I knew what the process was called I would just google it..

Where would one go about purchasing said urine? Would you just save it for a couple days?

If you aren't using it to be super traditional, why don't you just get ammonia and use that? I mean AC said he wasn't sure if it had the exact same effect, but it would be quite readily available and you wouldn't have to worry about the glass pee jar spilling.

People-urine works too... It's not as acidic though
Or you could look for a semi local farm. Do your state colleges have an agricultural project? They might have cows.

You can find Stainless knives with the Ti vapor-plate process.

^^^ Which is what I'd ideally want to do to a Mag body. I wonder how I can find someone who does that, and if the Mag body will even support it.

I'm kinda having my doubts. A Mag body is either: incapable of being Ti vapor-plated, not worth the money it's likely to cost, or people just haven't thought about it.

I may actually be willing to do it, even if it is pricey. I LOVE Minimag bodies for some reason, and a Ti plated one would look great.

How would you plug up the insides so it didn't get in there and ruin the tolerances?

Which also crossed my mind. Would a strong masking of some sort hold up to the process?
